s:

Support system installation, configuration, and upgrading activities for project environments (e.g., rail systems or integrated control systems). Assist in preventive maintenance, system monitoring, and performance verification for deployed IT systems. Participate in system integration and interface testing to ensure smooth compatibility between various subsystems. Execute verification, testing, and commissioning processes for project IT systems, ensuring compliance with client and internal standards. Provide technical support to project teams during installation, testing, and handover phases. Maintain technical documentation for project systems, configurations, and troubleshooting records.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent. 2-5 years of relevant experience in system integration, IT system support, or engineering project environments. Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and field-based IT support. Familiarity with industrial automation, control systems, or rail environments is an advantage. Working knowledge of networking, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) preferred. Able to work both in office and project site environments, sometimes under minimal supervision.
