Job Description

A Roadshow Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the logistics of roadshows, which are promotional events held across various locations. The Roadshow Officer ensures smooth operations, effective communication, and successful event execution at each stop of the roadshow.ResponsibilitiesPre-event Planning:

• Assist in the development of the roadshow plan, including selecting locations, venues, and dates.
• Coordinate with buyers, marketing and event teams to determine the goals, content, and format for the roadshow.
• Arrange with marketing for equipment, displays, and materials required for each event
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing across various locations.
• Coordinate with ops team on-the-ground operations at each roadshow location, ensuring everything runs as planned.

Team Coordination and Communication:

• Communicate with internal stakeholders (buyers, marketing, management) to provide updates and align on event goals.
• Handle buyers' inquiries and ensure a positive experience for everyone involved in the roadshow.
• Ensuring clear communication between the team and other stakeholders regarding schedules, changes, or challenges.
• Reporting on roadshow progress, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and troubleshooting any operational issues.

Others:

• Compile floor plan, ordering, running report on each roadshow & update daily sale.

Requirements and skills:

• A degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Previous experience in event coordination, logistics management, or marketing, particularly for roadshows, trade shows, or promotional events.
• Proficiency with event management software, MS Office Suite, and other tools for scheduling and communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently & require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the event schedule.
• The Roadshow Officer works as part of a team and must be comfortable with both independent tasks and collaborative work.
