To give full commitment to achieve target given, in any circumstances through up-sell and cross-sell.
Ensure all stocks level are healthy and sufficient, especially high demand and focus model.
Consistently monitor and execute the correct pricing from the Management.
Ensure all Client's product displayed are in good condition and always ready on demo mode.
Ensure in-store brand exposure via correct product installation and POSM management as per Client's guideline.
To register all Client and competitor's display in the outlet through Client's system.
Build good relationship with outlet's person-in-charge and all Floor Sales Staff.
Attend and provide good services to all walk-in or call-in customer.
Give full cooperation to Client to communicate and feedback on all sales, stock, price and service-related matters.
Consistently learn and improve personal selling skills to serve customer in more professional ways.
To acquire all product knowledge and channel it to Floor Sales Staff.
Physically be presentable in any occasion during operational hours.
To feedback all competitors' stock movement, pricing and promotion activity.
To feedback all customer feedback, both compliment and complaint on Client'sproduct, price and promotion.
Requirement:
Candidates with exceptional skill and experience in retail sales, especially in the Electronic & Electrical industry or a similar industry are preferred.
Knowledge in Tech Savvy & Products will be an added advantage.
Must be agile, presentable, responsible, customer service oriented, self-discipline and goal-oriented.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, selling skills & problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, local dialect will be an added advantage.
