The promoter is responsible for achieving sales targets through excellent service and operations, driving innovation and productivity in-store. They demonstrate and promote products, engage customers, and boost sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
1. Achieve sales
- Interact with customers to sell products and services
- Handle after-retail sales services
- Close sales
- Provide advice on products and services
- Conduct product demonstration
- Upload sales transactions
2. Deliver service excellence
- Demonstrate service vision
- Respond to service challenges
- Provide Go-the-Extra-Mile services
- Suggest service and sales productivity improvement
- Acquire and provide competitor promotion information
- Deliver customer service over multiple communication platforms
- Engage in service innovation initiatives
3. Deliver operations excellence
- Handle merchandise display
- Handle operations of roadshows, promotions and/or events
- Upload LDU, POSM, merchandise display into RMS
- Attend Product and Service training to improve knowledge and skill set
4. Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives
- Support implementation of productivity and innovation initiatives
- Generate ideas that may potentially contribute to productivity improvements and innovation
- Engage in service innovation initiatives
