JOB MISSION

The Promotion Supervisor plays a key role in planning, executing, and evaluating in-store promotional activities that drive traffic, boost sales, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves close coordination with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure promotions are effectively rolled out and aligned with brand standards.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Key in promotion list for weekly and weekend promotion / thematic fair / special event / grand opening Verify adequate stock prior to SKU promotions Monitor products availability and adjust promotions (if necessary) Work with the marketing team to finalize promotional artwork layout and ensure accurate pricing, pack size and images Key-in and update promotion in the Panda system under the correct theme Ensure promotions posted accurately and accessible to all relevant outlets Email the promotion list to all outlets before the start of campaign Build good relationship with merchandising and marketing team Willing to receive feedback and take initiative for continuous improvement Perform any other duties as assigned by superior / management

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

Minimum SPM/ STPM/ diploma or similar field. At least 1-2 years' experience. Computer literate. (Ms Office, Email, Data Entry) Independent Adaptability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job summary

This role is responsible to input promotion details, ensure stock availability and check product pricing details are accurate before campaigns launch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
