Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Proofreading Admin Executive to support our team in reviewing, formatting, and managing documents. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, accuracy in proofreading, and strong administrative skills to ensure all documents are properly managed and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Proofread, review, and edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting.
- Assist in preparing and finalizing reports, letters, and other company documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned documentation tasks to support workflow.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Maintain organized filing and document management systems (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate with team members and departments to clarify unclear information or terms.
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the department.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma level in Language, Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Good grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Good typing speed, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and other documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
