Job Description

Administration Assistant - Managing Properties.



- providing administrative support to a property management department.

- managing accounts, filing documents, and communicating with tenants, maintenance, support team.

Responsibilities

Administrative support:



Provide general administrative support to the property management department

Document management:



File documents, keep records, and circulate documents for signing

Accounts management: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

Communication:



Communicate with tenants, and other stakeholders

Service requests:



Attend and distribute service requests, and ensure updates upon completion with contractors for repairs and maintenance.

Credit control:



Perform credit control reminders and follow up with tenants on rental & outstanding charges

Building maintenance:



Provide administrative support for maintenance and management

Requirements :

Fresh Graduate / Diploma / 1 Year Experience.

Working Day :

Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Location : Section 14, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Salary : RM1,700 + allowance .
