Property Consultant (mandarin Speaker)
Job Description
Requirements We practice flexible working hours and sometimes you may need to attend enquiries outside of normal working hours. In view of this, a driving license may be useful for properties visit and whenever assigned with special projects. You are required to be computer literate to access our database. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
What is your role & responsibilities? You will be assigned working along with an estate agent and using a mixture of negotiation skills. As well as supporting our clients to handle their property enquiries, this specific role also involves helping to advertise properties. You will be:
- assisting prospective clients that the company is the right one to handle their property and oblige with the legal terms.
- promoting details of new properties on the market to people on your database
- require to attend on site appointments if necessary and guide potential client to proceed with purchase.
