and Responsibilities
1. To attend all correspondence related matters as response to complaints or feedbacks from owners/residents via letters, e-mails or telephones when applicable/necessary/ instructed by Building Manager.
2. To assist in monitoring common area defect rectification works when necessary and maintain good rapport with owners/residents.
3. To facilitate on facility booking, application of vehicle stickers and vehicles/residents access cards etc and ensure the maintenance of records/proper database.
4. To ensure all paperworks with proper documentations 5. To assist in issuing receipt for the payment made by parcel owners.
6. To carry out any other instructions by immediate superior 7. Any other assignments that may be assigned at the discretion of the Company from time to time.
