  • Proven experience in hospitality, property, or homestay management preferred.
  • High level of initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about guest service and delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Comfortable with front desk and counter operations.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and beyond normal hours when needed.
  • Able to lead small teams and coordinate with contractors or vendors.
  • Comfortable with basic tech tools (email, Google Forms, WhatsApp Business).
Tanggungjawab
Housekeeping & Property Maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections of villas and public areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are upheld.
  • Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff or contractors to ensure timely and quality cleaning and room readiness.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, guest amenities, and workshop materials.
  • Liaise with pest control vendors to schedule and monitor regular treatments.
  • Communicate with and coordinate external contractors for plumbing, electrical, and general property repairs.
  • Monitor laundry services and ensure availability of clean linens.
  • Ensure public spaces and outdoor areas are always neat, safe, and welcoming.
Guest Relations, Front Desk & Experience
  • Manage front counter responsibilities, including handling guest check-in and check-out efficiently and with professionalism.
  • Welcome and brief guests; provide villa orientation and attend to luggage assistance if required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest needs, feedback, and special requests throughout the stay.
  • Handle guest issues with a calm, solution-oriented mindset and escalate when necessary.
  • Hold the villa communication phone after office hours on a rotational or duty basis to address urgent guest concerns.
Workshop & Guest Activities
  • Plan, coordinate, and host in-villa guest workshops such as Bearbrick painting, bath bomb making, and other creative activities.
  • Prepare and maintain workshop kits and activity materials.
  • Create engaging and memorable experiences aligned with the brand's lifestyle approach.
  • Suggest and develop new experiential offerings with the marketing and guest experience team.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain logs for inventory, vendor contact lists, housekeeping performance, and maintenance reports.
  • Ensure SOPs and checklists are followed and updated regularly.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to support visual storytelling (e.g., capturing guest moments, workshop activities).
  • Assist with reporting and operational feedback to management.
