4.? ?Able to speak in English , Chinese and Malay

Responsibilities
Job Scope:
1.? ?Consult property owners on whether to choose long-term or short-term rental strategies.
2.? ?Assist owners in managing operators for both rental and sales activities.
3.? ?Monitor operator performance to protect owner interests and maximize property returns.
4.? ?Offer professional advice to help owners achieve sustainable and profitable property management.
5.? ?Handle all the owner inquiries
5.? ?Call and source property unit from property owner / investor
