Building Maintenance Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 3,700 per month

Are you an experienced professional in building and facilities maintenance looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a

Building Maintenance Executive

to oversee the smooth operation of facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency at all times.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee day-to-day building maintenance, electrical systems, and repair work. Ensure compliance with

OSHA standards

, safety, and health requirements. Manage contractors and suppliers from tendering, supervising, and ensuring quality checks to maintaining accurate records. Monitor and maintain hospital equipment and machines (electrical, carpentry, and other technical areas). Handle project budgeting and maintenance planning. Provide 24-hour on-call support when required.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 10 years

of relevant working experience.

Degree/Diploma

in Electrical, Building Maintenance, or related field. Strong technical knowledge across electrical, carpentry, and maintenance work. Hands-on experience with

hospital equipment and systems

is a strong advantage. Excellent project management and budgeting skills. Proficient in

Malay and English

(spoken & written). Valid driving license and willingness to work on shifts/on-call.
