Location: Knight Frank PenangJob Overview: The Property Management / Building Executive (Residential) will oversee the management of residential properties within Knight Frank Malaysia\'s portfolio. This role involves daily operations, maintenance, administration, and ensuring resident satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Property Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance work and repairs.
2. Resident Relations:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
  • Facilitate resident move-ins and move-outs, including lease administration.
  • Organize community events to foster a positive residential community.
3. Financial Management:
  • Manage property budgets and ensure expenditures are within limits.
  • Oversee rent collection and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare financial reports for management review.
4. Administration and Compliance:
  • Maintain property-related documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on property performance.
5. Risk Management and Safety:
  • Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in property management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to various residential site offices as required.
