Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide support to the Property Management team in managing and maintaining the developer's completed properties. The internship offers hands-on exposure in the areas of handover management, defect rectification, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. The intern will have the opportunity to understand the end-to-end process of property management operations within a developer environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in Vacant Possession (VP) handover coordination, including documentation, scheduling, and communication with purchasers. Support in handling purchasers' inquiries, complaints, and defect reports under the guidance of the Property Manager. Help monitor building maintenance activities such as cleaning, landscaping, and security services. Coordinate with service contractors and Property Management Company (PMC) on daily operational tasks. Assist in maintaining records of defects, correspondences, and maintenance tracking files. Participate in data compilation, report preparation, and filing for management review. Support the team in community management activities and customer satisfaction initiatives. Learn to ensure compliance with property management regulations and company procedures.

During the internship, the candidate will gain:

Practical exposure to property handover and defect management processes. Experience working with various stakeholders including purchasers, contractors, and management bodies. Understanding of real estate operations from a developer's perspective.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree student in Property Management, Real Estate, Building Services, or related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn. Able to multitask and work in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
