Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward tenants / owners / visitors at all times. Responding promptly to tenants / owners / visitors inquiries and communicate with them through various channels. Receive tenants and / or residents and provide directions and general assistance. Assist to resolve tenants / owners / visitors complaints. Catalogue and keeping records of tenants / owners / visitors interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and necessary information, documents, etc. Assisting senior and management staffs in ensuring excellent support given to tenants / owners / visitors. Provide professional customer support. Perform all office administrative duties including the filing of all correspondences, storing & retrieval of old files & records, and keeping & updating tenant records. Receive telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate officers and provide available information, when required. Handle all inward and outward correspondences. Ensure all necessary maintenance needs are effectively taken care of. Assist in formation of property rules and regulations and ensure that they are followed. Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Experience working with customer support.
