• Industry/ Organization Type: Real Estate/Property and Facility management
• Position Title: Property Officer / Property Executive
• Working Location: Various Sites
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm)
• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects, including residential and industrial properties, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to established guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, maintenance requirements, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive tenant relations.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date property records, including lease agreements, occupancy status, and maintenance history.
• Attend council meetings and represent the organization\'s interests regarding property-related matters. Provide updates on project progress, address any concerns or issues raised during meetings, and ensure compliance with council regulations and requirements.

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Property Management, Building Estate or a related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of property management processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, contractors, and management council members.
• Possess own transport.
