1. To maintain proper filing system as per the Company's guidelines;
2. To maintain proper recording of stock and inventory;
3. To ensure availability of all forms and documents as per the Company's operation system and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times;
4. To check and process goods / works order before submitting for certification by the Building Executive/Building Manager;
5. To man front desk and to attend to occupants'/owners feedbacks;
6. To monitor monthly, delinquent accounts, bad debts and to review systems to minimise debts and maximise collections.
7. To keep proper record on payments/correspondences/letters etc received in the office;
8. To be responsible for proper book-keeping and management of accounts receivables.
9. To assist in bank matters;
10. To be responsible in Accounts Receivable at PMO.
11. To implement basic accounting controls.
12. To ensure that Company's procedures, policies and rulings including credit control are implemented and adhered to.
13. To carry out any other work that may be assigned from time to time when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 per month
