1. Role Overview
As a
Property Operations Executive
, you will be the backbone of our daily operations handling administration, rental and sales marketing, tenant coordination, and overall office support. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the property management and prop-tech industry.
Prepare monthly rental invoices and receipts using internal systems.
Update and maintain tenant payment records and ledgers.
Organize, file, and manage all administrative documents.
Tenancy Management
Advertise available units on property portals, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
Arrange property viewings and screen potential tenants.
Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and pre-handover inspections.
Monitor vacant units and report issues promptly to management.
Marketing for Rental & Sales
Write compelling copy for rental and sales listings.
Prepare high-quality photos and virtual tours.
Monitor ad performance (clicks, leads, inquiries) and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly operational and rental financial reports.
Ensure all documentation complies with internal SOPs and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records within CRM systems or spreadsheets.
General Support & Ad-hoc Tasks
Assist with event coordination, presentation preparation, and market research.
Update operational SOPs and guidelines when changes occur.
Manage office supplies inventory and handle restocking when needed.
3. Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Property Management, or equivalent.
Age 21-29, with own transport.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property administration or operations (rental & sales).
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut; CRM experience is an advantage.
Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) for marketing.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
