Job Description

We are looking for a

responsible, proactive, and well-organized individual

to manage and oversee the operations of several company-owned properties and homestays, including

Orak Villa, Kayangan Heights, and I-City

.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate bookings and usage schedules for all homestay properties (including Orak Villa). Manage guest inquiries through

email, WhatsApp, and social media

. Welcome guests during

check-in/check-out

, including handing over and collecting access cards. Ensure all properties are

clean, well-maintained, and in good condition

. Supervise

cleaning, gardening, and pool maintenance

services on a regular basis. Ensure property

safety and facility checks

after every guest check-out. Purchase and monitor

basic household supplies

such as soap, tissue, and cleaning products. Manage

utility bills, maintenance fees, and parking access card renewals

. Prepare

monthly booking and sales reports

. Assist guests with any issues during their stay.

Requirements:

Experience in

property management, homestay operations, or hospitality

is preferred. Must possess a

valid driver's license

and own transport (site visits required). Proficient in

WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and Excel

for daily tasks. Able to work

independently, systematically, and responsibly

. Friendly, customer-oriented, and excellent in communication.

Work Location:

Based at

Seksyen 13, Shah Alam

, with site visits to properties at

Kayangan Heights, I-City, and Orak Villa

as required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
