Job Description

Attend to phone enquiries and walk in customer and closing sales. (By project) Liaise with the purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors on the SPA signing, loan application and other legal documentation matters. Coordinate and participate on road shows and event launches. Conduct market study & competitors' analysis. Assist all matter, relate to the marketing collateral, social media and any advertising relate matter. Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in good and presentable condition. Assist in project handing over (VP) To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by superior Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, agreements, and correspondence. Coordinate with lawyers, bankers, and clients for property transaction processes. Maintain and update customer records, sales tracking, and project databases. Handle booking forms, sales & purchase agreements (SPA), and loan documentation. Respond to client inquiries and follow up on required documents. Prepare reports for management on sales status and client progress. Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, legal, marketing) to ensure smooth property handover. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
