Job Title: Property Sales Advisor Location: Oriental Real Estate Sdn Bhd @ Ipoh Oriental Real Estate Sdn Bhd is looking for a Property Sales Advisor to join their team in Ipoh, Perak. The ideal candidate for this role should possesses excellent sales and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: - Promote and sell properties to potential clients - Build and maintain relationships with clients - Attend to clients\' enquiries and requests in a timely manner - Ensure all sales related documents and agreements are properly documented - Achieve sales targets and objectives Requirements: - Must possess own transport - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Good command of Mandarin/Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia and English - Experience in property sales is preferred - Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, hardworking and result-oriented - Initiative, honest with integrity and able to work under minimum supervision - Candidates with long-term career growth interest are preferred Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (9am - 6pm) Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: RM1,500.00 to RM8,000.00/month (Basic + Incentive + Allowance) Interested candidates are requested to contact /whatsapp :- Mr. Alex Cheah at 019-5700300 [No Resume] Lets us know what is your sales experiences & What is the your best achievement?
