Job Title:- Proposal Analyst - SEA

Location:- Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

Role Summary:-

Develop proposals, focal point between internal stakeholders and clients.

Essential Responsibilities:-

Compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Ensure timely, high quality and optimized response to the customer. Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices. Application of Bank Guarantee/Bid Bonds. Interacting with customers for tender clarifications. Coordinate and collaborate across several functional groups - sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

Years of experience: 0 - 5 Years Soft Skills: Good command of computer Tools or Software (Required): MS Office, Salesforce Education Qualifications: High school, diploma or any technical degree. Industry Background or Experience (Required): Preferably Oil and Gas (field and workshop) Important Keywords to be in the CV: Proposal, Tenders, Contracts, Proposal Analyst

Good communication skills, strong oral and written communication skills Able to work in independently and also a good team player Fast learner and ability to adapt quickly

Other Requirements:-

National or Expat: Local Rotation / Work Schedule: 5 days work week / Monday - to Friday / 8AM-5PM Alternative / Target Job Titles: Proposal Analyst - SEA Role base (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop): Office base Will the worker be working at a customer's facility? Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
