We are committed to reaching net zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2040.As the Proposal Manager - Systems and Services, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible to define valuable solutions and meet our client\xe2\x80\x99s needs building proposals for our systems and services projects. • You\xe2\x80\x99ll coordinate & manage of all phases of Signify proposal process
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll develop the quotation based on value proposition, include the solution design, focus on managing risks and liabilities during proposal development
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll support Systems & Services sales professionals to negotiate contracts with Customer, establish and implement the delivery plans and strategies for successful proposal delivery in line with end Customer and Signify internal expectations
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll manage successful relationships between internal and external stakeholders to ensure proposal project success

Your qualifications

• You\xe2\x80\x99re graduated with an engineering degree
• You\xe2\x80\x99ve at least 8-10 years of experience in Bid / Proposal Management/project management or Quote support
• You\xe2\x80\x99re fluent in English
• You\xe2\x80\x99ve good ability to write proposals with knowledge of business law and terms and conditions
• You\xe2\x80\x99ve proven experience in assessing project costs with thorough knowledge of budgeting & financial concepts, including LI Capital.
• You need to have experience in preparing bids for B2G tenders as well as B2B RFPs
• You\xe2\x80\x99re capable to be part of a diverse group of Engineers, Project Managers, Sales Professionals, End user marketeers, Project Procurement Engineering, Finance, legal etc.
