You are responsible for providing the global sales teal proposal support, coordinating responses with customers, and providing technical guidance on Siemens-Energy products with a focus on power generation projects. You will be working in a global team of proposal engineers and communicate with different operations as needed on products quoted.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Working closely with Sales team to provide technical and commercial support on a range of Electrical/electrification products products:

o Finding solution and sizing for Switchgear, Transformer and bale to read SLD
o Completing cost sheets and working with sub vendors as needed for buy out item costings
o Review/comment customer specifications related to the Electrical Solution . Coordinate specification review with sub suppliers as necessary
o Generate Technical and Commercial proposals for customers
o Propose Electrical Solution for customer that are in Marine, FPSO and Industry
o Create hand over documentation for the operations after award of project

• Familiar with reading and understanding SLD or other related drawings

• Attend Customer Technical Clarification meetings as support to Sales & Proposal Team as necessary

• Support Engineering team as & when required for Clarification / open points during project execution.

• Able to find the solution for the client , proposed and not only bid

What You Bring

• Extensive knowledge on complete scope for Electrical Scope as supplied to onsite power generation is key.
• Able to perform power studies using DigSilent or ETAP will be added advantage
• Strong engineering application and execution on SLD & Layout Engineering of Electrical House plant is must
• Experienced in Engineering or Technical Sales Support role for Electrical Scope is preferred.
• Experience in the Marine Industry or E-House fabrication will be added advantage
• Must be technically sound to face Customer directly.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to lead team lead of engineers to produce technically solution for customer
• Multitasking & should be able to work & perform under time pressure
