Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in proposal/tendering, project execution, or engineering support in industrial, construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.
Familiarity with project workflows, tender documentation, and technical evaluation processes.
Prior experience in preparing proposals, coordinating with vendors/suppliers, and managing project execution is an advantage.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
Review RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals/quotations according to client specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather quotations, datasheets, and compliance documents.
Support the sales team with cost estimation, bid preparation, and technical clarifications.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and handle variation/change orders.
Attend project meetings, FATs, and site visits when required.
Report project status, risks, and opportunities to management on a regular basis.
