We are a dynamic proptech company seeking a motivated intern to join our team and assist us in acquiring property agents and homeseekers.

As a Proptech Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our acquisition and marketing efforts, helping us to grow our user base and expand our reach in the real estate industry.

Skills/expectations required

• Undergraduate students in the field of Business Management, Marketing and other relevant fields are welcomed
• Passion for the real estate industry and an interest in proptech or tech companies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), Canva, Google Forms and other remote working tools
• Excellent command of English & Malaysia written and verbal communication skills
• Trilingual in Mandarin or other language would be added values
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Some experience in marketing or digital marketing will be an advantage
• Interest with lean startup culture & team
• Are excited about both learning new things.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in identifying and engaging potential property agents and homeseekers through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct outreach
• Assist in organizing workshop presentations/product demo and other relevant events
• Conduct market research to identify target segments and develop strategies to reach them effectively.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and social media management.
• Help to analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in managing and maintaining our customer relationship management ( RM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
• Assist in business development work with property agency and property developer and other retail companies
