Prot\xc3\xa9g\xc3\xa9 - Admin Assistant Qualification : Bachelor\'s Degree in Administration or in related field Requirements :

  • Able to commute (preferrably with own transportation)
  • Fast Learner & Multi Tasker
  • Able to speak & write fluently in B. Melayu & English
Responsibilities / Job Scope :
  • Incredibly organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Documents meeting minutes for staff, manage action items
  • Answer phone and deliver messages timely
  • Printing, collating, as needed by the team
  • Assist with any administration works / receptionist works when necessary
  • Serve clients for meetings / discussions when needed
  • Other related administrative tasks will be discussed during interview / hiring
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
