A. Administrative & Coordination TaskResponsibility Executive Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support such as preparing memos, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized both physically and digitally.
Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and calls.
Plan and coordinate company meetings, board meetings, and events.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES
Qualification/ Formal Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
Desired experience/exposure
- i) Working experience 0-3 years but willing to learn ii) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
