A recognised Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with exposure to all aspects of pre- and post-contract administration.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Professional Membership / Other Skills: Preferably a member of ISM or BQSM.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work/responsibilities.
Assist Quantity Surveyor in preparation of documentation for pre and post contract.
Maintain and update contract documents and records.
Monitor and review all approval permits of statutory and regulatory bodies.
Monitor cancellation of bank/insurance guarantees issued for the purpose of tender bonds/advance payment/performance bond.
Ensure filing is properly carried out.
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
