We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Protege Helpdesk under the Protege program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and customer service while working remotely.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues (software, hardware, connectivity).
Escalate complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields).
Basic knowledge of IT systems, software and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently from home with reliable internet connection.
Positive attitude, eager to learn and team-oriented.

Contract length: 8 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
