Job Description

Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels. Prepare interview evaluation forms and assist in onboarding new hires. Support in maintaining and updating employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Assist in preparing HR-related letters (offer letters, confirmation, transfer, etc.). Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR documents (physical and digital). Assist in monitoring staff attendance, leave applications, and medical certificates. Update leave records in the HR system and prepare monthly attendance reports. Help coordinate internal and external training programs. Assist in preparing training materials, attendance lists, and feedback summaries. Track training attendance and maintain training records. Support in organizing staff engagement activities, events, and welfare programs. Assist in handling employee feedback, surveys, and communication updates. Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed. Prepare basic HR reports such as manpower updates or probation tracking. Support HR in tasks related to SOCSO, EPF, EIS, and other statutory compliance matters. Provide administrative support to the HR team on daily operations. Participate in HR improvement projects or assignments as required. Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Executive or Manager.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
