Responsible in daily HR and administrative duties
Assist in matter pertaining to employees' issues
Maintain employee database and update employee information such as placement, renewal, resignation and termination in a timely and accurate manner
Preparation of necessary reports of manpower headcount, turnover, movement, department activities and any other ad hoc report on a weekly or monthly basis
REQUIREMENT:
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Fresh Grades are welcome to apply
Excellent command of English and Malay
Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work under tight deadlines
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
