To provide technical support for computer hardware & software in the organization while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
To interact with users over the phone, email, or on-site to diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify reported issues related to computer hardware, software, network, and communication systems
To escalate unresolved issues/requests clearly to next-level support team or external service providers and vendors
To perform user account administration functions (user provisioning, de-provisioning)
To update IT operations/technical/user documentation for the organization as and when needed
To ensure all computer hardware & software comply with the organization's IT Security Standard
To assists in network and infrastructure setup and support
To assist in other IT related projects & ad-hoc activities when needed
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology
