1. Focusing on analyzing, planning, implementing, developing and supporting application system that support the business and clients needs 2. Provide technical support, resolution, and services according to the Service/Operation Level Agreement (S/OLA) for the ICT infrastructure 3. Develop and implements custom programming to enhance application funtionability 4. Attend meetings with customers and vendors; Planning and monitoring all new setup and projects in customers\' place or within the company 5. Creates and maintains design and technical document. Documents new applications or changes for existing applications
