Job Description
1. Prepare technical drawing/construction drawing. Act as the assistant technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, team members and general workers. 2. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site and the work of any subcontractors and preparing reports as required according to the work program. 3. Managing site, supplier and vendors. Assist in Setting out, level and survey at site. 4. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. 5. To communicate site issues effectively with subcontractors and authorities. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement. 6. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to site members. 7. Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations on site progress to the project manager to complete the project. 8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
