Functional (job responsibilities)Administrative Support: You'll help with day-to-day administrative duties like managing documents, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings to ensure everything is organized and efficient.
Operational Assistance: You'll assist in processing client requests and transactions, ensuring all procedures comply with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements. This includes verifying documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Data Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining and updating client databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Your attention to detail will be key to keeping our information accurate.
Client Communication: Under supervision, you'll help prepare client reports and correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Project Involvement: You'll have the opportunity to support ad-hoc projects aimed at improving our operational processes and enhancing client service.
Protege Skill Requirement:
1) Education/Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2)Experience
University graduate
3)Special SkillsStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
