• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s degree in mining engineering, geological engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for mining and environmental protection.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with other departments and contractors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work at Mukah, Sarawak.

Tanggungjawab

• Plan and design mining operations for the extraction of coal deposits, including mine layouts, drilling and blasting procedures, and equipment selection.
• Conduct geological surveys and analysis to determine the most efficient methods of extracting coal deposits and identify potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety procedures and policies to ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment.
• Analyze mining data and develop plans to optimize production while minimizing costs.
• Supervise and manage mining operations, including coordinating with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of mine infrastructure, such as roads, buildings, and utilities.
• Develop and implement environmental protection and remediation plans to minimize the impact of mining on the environment.
• Conduct research and develop new technologies and techniques to improve mining efficiency and safety.
