Participate in the company's strategic planning.
Assist in the management and execution of projects under the guidance of senior management.
Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.
Engage in on-the-job training across different departments as required by Head of Departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure effective communication and timely project completion.
Attend and actively participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as needed.
Provide support to management and other department members as required.
Offer administrative support, including preparing documents and reports, updating records, data entry, and other related tasks.
Pre-requisites
Candidate must possess a
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
or equivalent field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must have own transport and be willing to work in Section 26, Shah Alam.
Good command of English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MUET Band 4 is an added advantage.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
