Role Description & Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of PSI project Assist in preparing impactful reports for senior leadership, collaborating with cross functional teams to communicate and execute the PSI initiative effectively Track and measure project goals and KPI\'s and driving continuous improvement and positive impact Oversee logistics and management of donations, sponsorships and collaboration with PSI partner, including relationship development and grant reporting Provide administrative support and assist with general office duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the PSI department The purpose of Prot g Program is to support the Division by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases. Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, Digital on Demand Liaising with internal stakeholder in other departments and with external contacts. Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
