Taking off quantities and site measurement
Acquiring quotations from suppliers / contractors and assessment of quotations
Preparing sub-contractor's payment certificates
Assisting in material procurement and material schedule control
Preparation of monthly progress claims
Evaluation on the claims (work done & variations), quotation of subcontractors/main contract
Calling tender, evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation and procurement support
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are essential
Location : Hospital Sultan Ismail, Johor Bharu
