Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Assist with the preparation and review of tender documents.
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts.
articipate in site visits to measure quantities and assess work progress.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, including cost reports, variation orders, and progress reports.
Assist with identifying and assessing potential financial risks on projects.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
Open for
Fresh Graduates.
No prior experience required (entry-level).
Internships or academic project experience in quantity surveying or construction management are a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
