Prepare accurate quantities and take-offs from drawings, specifications, and site surveys.
Use standard measurement methods (e.g., SMM7, NRM, CESMM, POMI) depending on the project type.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all quantity calculations.
Bills of Quantities (BoQ):
Prepare and update Bills of Quantities and pricing schedules for tendering and cost management.
Review and analyze the contractor's BoQs and measurement submissions.
Assist in preparing re-measurements for variations and contract adjustments.
Tender and Contract Support:
Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation with precise quantity data.
Verify contractor claims related to quantity changes or discrepancies.
Support the implementation of ISO requirement and ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction or equivalent.
Fresh graduates.
Hardworking, able to work independently at the assigned project sites.
Good personality and communication skill.
Willing to travel
