Role of a Protege:
Learning and Development:
Observe and participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
Assist in interpreting blueprints and specifications.
Learn about cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes.

Provide assistance to the site supervisor or project manager in day-to-day activities.
Maintain records of project progress and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers under the mentor's supervision.
Site Management:
Assist in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Monitor quality control measures as guided by the mentor.
Contribute to resolving on-site challenges effectively.
Technical Application:
Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios under supervision.
