Record Management: Accurately record incoming and outgoing items in the inventory system to ensure stock data is always up-to-date.
Delivery Coordination: Prepare and generate Delivery Orders (DO) for all outgoing items, ensuring correct details and timely processing.
Maintenance Tasks: Perform cleaning and resetting of maintenance cartridges to ensure equipment functionality and longevity.
Inventory Reporting: Generate and update inventory reports regularly, highlighting stock levels, discrepancies, and status.
Packing & Dispatch: Pack items securely for delivery according to company standards to minimize damage during transit.
Workplace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy working environment, including storage and packing areas.
Documentation: File and organize all relevant documents upon receipt of items for easy retrieval and auditing.
IT documentation should be kept up to date.
Deliver work reports to operations managers every day.
Inventory Monitoring: Conduct regular checks and spot audits on inventory to ensure stock accuracy and condition.
