Summary Of Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Promotion Management

Assist in planning and execution of trade promotions across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. Coordinate promo mechanics, artwork approvals, product allocations, and promotional calendars. Track and evaluate performance of campaigns based on sales uplift, ROI, and shopper response.

2. POSM, Events & In-Store Execution

Support development and execution of POSM materials (buntings, wobblers, shelf talkers, standees, gondola ends, etc.). Liaise with agencies, printers, and customers to ensure timely production and deployment. Co-handle merchandisers and promoters for roadshows, samplings, events and in-store activities - including briefing, scheduling, performance tracking, and coordination of resources and props. Conduct market visits to monitor merchandising & display execution across outlets.

3. Channel & Shopper Insights

Gather and analyze category, competitor, and shopper insights to support channel growth strategies. Assist in developing trade decks, planograms, and selling tools for Sales team.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales to understand customer needs and opportunities. Align with Brand & Digital Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity. Coordinate with Supply Chain on stocks for activations, sampling, or promo packs.

5. Reporting & Administration

Update master trackers for POSM, promo budgets, in-store execution and timelines. Compile post-mortem reports for activities and campaigns. Support budgeting, invoicing, GRN/PR submissions when needed.

Qualification:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields. Strong interest in FMCG marketing and shopper activation. Proactive, willing to learn, and a hands-on team player.
