Assisting with Accounting Tasks:
This includes maintaining general ledgers, processing daily transactions, and supporting month-end closing procedures.
Managing Accounts Receivable:
This involves tasks such as monitoring and following up on outstanding payments from debtors, preparing aging reports, and highlighting potential issues to the finance manager.
Supporting AP and AR Processes:
This includes tasks like verifying invoices, processing payments, and ensuring proper documentation for both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Other Financial Functions:
Involved in tasks like bank reconciliations, data entry, and preparing tax returns or reports.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Graduate Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Able to multitask and organize.
4. Being able to start immediately would be an advantage.
5. Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
