Protégé Architectural Trainee
Job Description
Assists Construction Manager to coordinate and supervise the construction works, prepare for inspections, and meet project deadlines.
Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations at construction site.
Review construction documents: drawings specifications, method statements inspection and test plans, and implement them on site.
Plan and implement temporary works.
Assists in confirming sample/catalogue submissions and all instructions, i.e. Architect's instructions and/or Engineer's instructions.
Assist with preparation and compilation of specification, technical reports and other related designs documents in accordance with the project requirements.
Attends site meetings and support site safety teams with project safety audits.
Communicates with contractors, consultants, and other relevant parties involved in the project.
JOB CAPABILITIES:
Able to read construction drawings and CAD files, review REVIT BIM models and simple CAD files preparation.
This is a construction site-based position and not an office position; therefore, extended working hours will be required regularly.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
