In this role, you are involved in supporting the implementation of Microsoft Office automation and AWS back-office operations in CGC Digital. We are looking for a candidate that are to leverage data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and enhance our stakeholders' experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate & analyze existing back-office workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in digital guarantee processes.
Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Tools. (Power Automate, Power Query and Power Pivot)
Collaborate on the development VBA Macros and integration of APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
Document process improvements, create technical specifications, and develop user manuals.
Conduct testing and validation of automated solutions to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and suggest iterative enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems / IT, Finance, Engineering or related fields.
A basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
Familiar with SQL, Python and other programming languages or tools relevant to data operations.
Team-oriented with initiative and problem-solving ability.
A keen interest in process improvement, automation and digital transformation.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
