Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a PROTEGE - Engagement & Communications position, based in Prima 10, Cyberjaya. The PROTEGE - Engagement & Communications professional will be responsible for supporting internal engagement activities, corporate communications, and employee-focused programs. This role helps ensure effective communication across the organisation, enhances employee experience, and assists in executing events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Internal Communication
Assist in preparing internal announcements, memos, newsletters, and email communications
Support content creation for internal communication channels (email, posters, social media, WhatsApp groups, office screens, etc)
Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of communication materials
2) Employee Engagement Activities
Support planning and execution of internal events, celebrations, CSR programs, sports activities, townhalls, and awareness campaigns
Coordinate logistics such as vendor arrangements, invitations, registration lists, prizes, and event materials
Assist in preparing activity reports, proposals, and evaluations after events
3) Corporate Branding & Creative Support
Assist with basic design for posters, banners, presentation slides, and internal promotional materials (using Canva or equivalent tools)
Support in maintaining company branding standards across communication materials
4) Administration & Coordination
Help manage employee engagement surveys and feedback collection
Maintain event budget tracking and documentation
Assist with record-keeping, filing, attendance lists, and communication calendars
5) Media & Documentation
Take photos and videos during company activities for documentation and internal sharing
Support in writing simple captions and updates for social platforms (if applicable)
Requirements
Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
Basic proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, or presentation tools
Creative, outgoing, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
Willing to participate and support events after office hours when needed
Candidates who have completed their studies and obtained their full academic transcripts
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Experience in event planning or student club/committee involvement
Basic photography/videography skills
Familiarity with simple content creation or social media management
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable interacting with staff at different levels
Proactive, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
