Greet customers warmly, schedule service appointments, and record accurate vehicle information.
Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs, recommending suitable services, and obtaining approval for additional service when necessary.
Prepare repair orders, provide clear explanations of job details, and estimate service costs and completion times.
Ensure all vehicles are ready for delivery within the promised time frame.
Conduct thorough quality checks on vehicles before handing them back to customers.
Support special service campaigns, "Fix-It-Right" programs, parts backorders, follow-ups, and updates on major repair jobs.
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by management or supervisors.
Requirements
Minimum
SKM Level II
or
Diploma in Engineering
(Automotive or equivalent).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented attitude.
A proactive team player with a positive learning mindset.
Possess
own transportation
and a valid
"D" driving license.
Good command of
English
and
Bahasa Malaysia
(both written and spoken).
Willing to work and based at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
